We learned what to tone down, what to keep quiet, and what to leave out so we could belong or stay safe.
Over time, we started looking outside ourselves for the magic. Something to find, earn, or become.
But the truth is simpler and harder to accept. You are the magic. You always have been.
The parts of you you learned to manage, soften, or hide are not things to fix. They are the source. Your sensitivity. Your depth. Your intensity. Your way of seeing and feeling the world.
This podcast is a space to say it out loud, to sit with it, and to remember it. You are the magic, not someday, not after, not once you change.
Right now. As you are.
This podcast is for you if you have ever looked around and thought, βIs everyone else pretending too?β
If you learned how to be likable, agreeable, or impressive before you learned how to be yourself.
If you are tired of managing your personality like it is a liability.
It is for the ones who feel deeply, notice everything, and have been told more than once to tone it down.
For the people who have spent years trying to fix, soften, or outgrow the very parts of themselves that make them interesting.
This show is for you if you are done chasing the magic somewhere outside of yourself and ready to admit the truth. You are the magic. The depth. The sensitivity. The intensity. The weird edges. All of it.
If you want quick fixes, aesthetic affirmations, or someone to hand you a personality to wear, this is not your place.
But if you are ready to drop the act, take off the mask, and be honest about who you are, welcome home.
I have spent most of my life being a little too much and a little too deep for the rooms I was in. Sensitive. Intuitive. Intense. The kind of person who felt everything and learned early how to hide it so I could function, belong, and be taken seriously. Like most people, I got really good at wearing the mask. I built the life. I checked the boxes. And still felt like something essential was tucked away.
This podcast exists because I received a download in the middle of savasana on my mat a few years ago, that didn't make sense then, but has gone on to transform my life. I was begging God, the universe, source, and anyone who would listen up there to just show me the next step, my next move, the next iteration of my business. I was debating coaching, courses, consulting, podcasts, and every other variation of how I could show up and serve my people while making money. I heard loud and clear, "You are the magic." (and quickly responded with "wtf does that mean?")
I realized that it didn't matter how I wanted to package my work, and my gifts, because I was the magic in it all. I created the magic by being who I am and sharing what I know to be true, not any lable I decided to put on it.
I stopped trying to become the right version of myself and started listening to the real one. The woo, honest, "werid" one. The one I spent years managing and masking instead of trusting.
I sit down with people who are willing to talk about who they are underneath the labels, roles, and identities they have worn, the contradictions, the things they spent years trying to manage, fix, or make more acceptable.
We are not here to talk about resumes, titles, or highlight reels. We talk about the experiences, traits, and inner shifts that shaped them. The moments that changed how they see themselves. The parts they finally stopped hiding. The magic they realized they were carrying the whole time.
Every conversation is an invitation to recognize yourself. To hear someone else say the thing you thought only you felt. To remember that the very traits you have questioned or minimized might actually be the point. Not something to get rid of. Something to trust.
This show is not here to tell you who to become. It is here to remind you of who you already are.
